Sarah Jenkins – Wife of Chief Visionary Officer

Sarah Jenkins brings the heart and soul to our company operations as our dedicated Event Coordinator and Office Manager. As a founding member alongside her husband, Chief Visionary Officer Randy Jenkins, Sarah has been instrumental in building our company culture from day one.

With nearly four decades of partnership in both business and life, Sarah and Randy recently celebrated their 38th wedding anniversary. Together, they’ve raised eight children—four sons and four daughters—and are now the proud grandparents of nine grandchildren. 

When she’s not orchestrating company events or keeping the office running like clockwork, Sarah enjoys the peaceful setting of her home in Ceres, California, where she and Randy tend to their charming almond orchard. Sarah’s commitment to excellence and her genuine care for both the RLJ Financial Services, Inc team and clients make her an invaluable part of the organization’s continued success.
